Pro Boxer Flies into Anti-LGBTQ Rage, Vows to Shoot Gays

The online feud between pro boxer Adrien Broner and social media personality Andrew C. Caldwell – in which Caldwell has claimed that Broner "flirts" with him – escalated with an Instagram tantrum from Broner that was chock-full of racial and homophobic expletives, reported Yahoo News.
The article cited celebrity gossip site TMZ, which reported on Broner's Instagram fury. In a post at the social media platform, Broner described what he would do if anyone might "come run up on me, trying to touch me on all that gay shit" – namely, he vowed, "If I got my gun on me, I'm shooting you in the fucking face, and that's on God and them.... I don't like gay shit."
Broner referred to his tirade as a "PSA," or public service announcement noted The Root.
The Root also reported on another Instagram post in which Broner warned Caldwell to "get out my inbox" or he would "punch the testosterone out yo GAY ASS!"
Multiple media sources said that Caldwell is looking into the possibility of legal action in the wake of the e-brouhaha.
