Pop goes The Ones!
The Ones release their latest studio album Blast From the Past next month and it promises to be an infectious mix of high energy dance music featuring collaborations with such artists as dance diva Ultra Naté, Amanda Lepore and The Lair’s hunk Colton Ford. The trio also is appearing at Dixon Place next Tuesday, August 3, 2010 as part of this summer’s HOT Festival. EDGE’s JC Alvarez caught up with the out trio to talk about their career so far, the more mainstream sound they bring to their new CD and how they were out before they even knew it to British audiences on a pop show.

MTV’s break-out reality series Jersey Shore has a cast so unique they couldn’t be replaced for its second season, which this time moved them to Miami for more hook-ups, fights and domestic squabbles. Recently EDGE’s Tony Phillips visited with three of the cast’s male stars - Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Ronnie Magro and Vinny Guadagnino about Miami, the Fame Machine and the rumors that cast members are being cut for season three, which returns the cast back to Seaside Heights.
